WHO IS INTEGRITY FIRST?The Senior Property Managers who helped in the primary development of Integrity First Property Management are Karen Benson, Jaime Uhrich, and Gretchen Rotella.
Karen Benson, CMCA
Karen brings 22 years of experience as Assistant Executive Director of one of the largest planned communities in Arizona. Karen initially started as a computer programmer and designed the software that is still currently used by the Association. Karen has earned the professional designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through CAI and serves on CAI's Legislative Action Committee. She is a graduate of Class XIX for Scottsdale Leadership, an organization that develops the future leaders of tomorrow. IFPM will be assured that Karen will provide knowledge, experience and integrity to any community association.
Jaime Uhrich
Jaime has worked in Property Management for the last 11 years. During her eleven year tenure she started as Receptionist, and worked her way up to Office Administrator. Over the years her duties have included Violations Assistant, Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Human Resources, Maintenance Assistant and various other duties as needed. Her ability to work with homeowners on complex issues with patience and professionalism made her an asset to her Association Board Members. Jaime thrived on experience, but had a personal desire to obtain a college education. On her own time, Jaime obtained degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration. Jaime continues to educate herself on HOA’s as an active member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and through Scottsdale Community of Homeowners' Associations (SCOHA). Jaime is preparing to receive Community Manager Accreditation from both CAI and AACM.
Gretchen Rotella
Gretchen brings different skill sets to the company, coming from a marketing background. For the past 11 years, Gretchen helped to build an investment company from the ground up into a multi-million dollar company serving as its Vice-President of Operations. This provided Gretchen with incredible people skills that she will leverage for IFPM. Gretchen is also an active member of both CAI and AACM and will soon be receiving her Community Manager Accreditation from both CAI and AACM.
All employees hired by Integrity First Property Management are thoroughly trained in the Property Management industry. Employees will always be courteous, accountable and responsive. Building a solid relationship with our board members, as well as vendors and home owners, is our key to success. This relationship is always our number one priority.
