WHY INTEGRITY FIRST?At Integrity First Property Management, continuity of service is one of our top priorities. It is extremely important that your long-term Property Manager be the same Manager you initially meet and approve of. This Manager, as well as the Principals for Integrity First will meet with either the Selection Committee or the Association Board* for a thorough presentation detailing the unique benefits of partnering with Integrity First. We do not believe in the concept of allowing a sales person to “close the deal” just to hand the property off to a “Manager.” Our belief is that building an immediate rapport between Board Members and the Property Manager should be the first priority for any successful Association. Upon partnering with Integrity First Property Management, your Property Manager will immediately become available for all your Association needs. Newsletters Integrity First can provide your Association with a community newsletter. Associations will choose the contents, and Integrity First will do the rest. Each newsletter is unique to the Association it is written for, and can be delivered by US postal, email or delivered straight to the Homeowners’ door. Website Interface Our website interface is available to all associations and provides the associations and homeowners a multitude of benefits including: Real-time access to their complete data. This allows our clients the capability of updating their personal information, should it change via online access. Payment options. Not only can our clients sign up for automatic payment of their assessments if they choose, but also they have the capability of paying any fees or dues online. They also have the capability of viewing and printing their account history if there is a question regarding their current account balance, etc. Compliance Issues. Our clients will have the ability to view any compliance issues relating to their homes via online access (including photos of any compliance violations). This will include detailed information about any violations, etc. Property Events Calendar. The event calendar helps our properties communicate more effectively with residents by keeping them up-to-date with community events. Residents can display event information and print directions to the event using common mapping sites. Board Education Integrity First will educate Board and Committee Members on the purpose of the Association. Knowing that the Association is formed to protect the health, safety and welfare of the community and its members; members of the Board will have the desire and information needed to work with members on any issues that should come before the Board. Integrity First will offer one on one Board orientation and provide training materials to new and current Board Members. This training and materials will emphasize to Board Members the importance of attending Board meetings, presenting ideas to the Management Company, volunteering for committees, and presenting solutions rather than criticisms regarding rules and regulations or other subjects which the Board may want to implement. In addition, Integrity First encourages Board Member attendance at various monthly educational luncheons and seminars offered through CAI, AACM, SCOHA (where available) and other available venues.
